Just a few photos of the gingerbread cookies i made a few days ago. They were quite rushed so didnt turn out quite as i expected, but they still tasted great! Might have another go and bake some more for when all the family come round.
In other news i got an offer at Manchester university, which i am really excited about, because i had my interview less than a week ago! Just have to wait and see if i get anymore interviews or offers now.Hope everyone is enjoying the holidays and i cannot wait for christmas. Sooo excited.
